2. Website
The website and contact form are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver and protect them, connection data such as your IP address, time of access, requested page and browser information is processed. Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards of its Data Processing Addendum. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure operation of the website). The website uses no cookies, tracking or analytics.
3. Contact and support
When you email us or use the contact form, your email address and message are delivered to our mailbox at Proton AG, Switzerland. To answer routine requests faster, the message text may be classified automatically by an AI model run by Cloudflare (Workers AI), which selects the language and a prepared answer; Cloudflare does not use these inputs for training. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. We keep messages as long as needed to answer them and beyond that only where legal obligations or legal claims require it.
4. The app
Faimi works without an account and contains no advertising or analytics. Your settings, reminders and meditation data stay on your device.
- Calendar (optional): to skip busy times, Faimi reads only the busy times of the calendars you select, on your device. Nothing is transmitted.
- Apple Health / Health Connect (optional, Pro): Faimi writes completed meditations as mindful minutes. It does not read health data.
- Purchases: Pro is purchased through the App Store or Google Play; we do not receive payment details. On Android, the app sends the Google Play purchase token to our verification service at Cloudflare to confirm the purchase; the token is processed only for that request and not stored. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Support from the app: the email draft contains technical details such as app version, platform and device model. You see them before sending.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You may complain to a data-protection authority, for example the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und für das Recht auf Akteneinsicht Brandenburg.
